Mindfulness Bridging Series Event – Session 1: A Summary Report

On February 26, 2022, Mental Health Revitalization ran the first session of its Mindfulness Bridging Serieswhere participants were given the opportunity to learn about mindfulness and meditation.

This session, titled Thriving Toolkit, was hosted by licenced yoga practitioner and educator, Jennifer Baradi. Jennifer, who also runs weekly sessions with OISE Wellness, is a Certified iRest® Meditation Teacher also offers sessions through Jen B Yogi, Courage Health & Wellness, and JabuMind.

In this session, participants were able to develop skills in body sensing, visualization, meditation, and mindfulness. It was an opportunity to learn how to practice and integrate these skills into our everyday life. It was a wonderful opportunity for participants to add new mindfulness resources to their at-home mental health toolkit.
